Plumas Forest Project, John Muir Project, and Feather River Action! have jointly filed a lawsuit in federal court to require the USFS to complete an Environmental Impact Statement on the Community Destruction Project.

The corruption of the US Forest Service is horrifying and destroying the lives all the habitat’s for animals and people collectively.
Trees are our saviors now, not saplings but old growth which absorbs all the pollutants and green house gases as well as bringing rainfall and shade, so imperative to keeping our planet cool but they don’t listen and I doubt they ever will. Thank you for the lawsuit. Lets hope there are still some courageous judges out there that are knowledgeable about what trees do.
We don’t have 100 years to grow saplings into giant trees.
Someone has to stop the U.S.F.S. from doing the unjust no sense methods creating a horrible devastation of fire hazard by clear cutting re planting with diseased experimental pine trees, which resulted in a complete fire hazard to my property bordering the plumas national forest, and then they spray with poisons round up and god knows what to control weeds, when they created the situation to start with. Some one stop their stupidity before they kill all of us.
